Ordering & purchase orders
How do we get a quote for school or district purchasing?
Build your design in the design lab, set your sizes and quantities, and hit Get a quote (PDF). You'll get a downloadable quote with our company info and itemized pricing, ready to attach to a purchase requisition. Quotes are also saved on your quotes page so you can re-download them any time.
How do I order with a purchase order (PO)?
Email a signed PDF copy of your PO to po@wcproducts.com along with your graphics, blank requirements, and any other specs. We accept ACH, check, and credit card. Full details, including the remit-to address, are on the purchase orders page.
Is WCP Apparel a different company from WCP?
No. WCP Apparel is a brand of WestCoast Products & Design LLC, the same company behind WCP. There's no new vendor to set up: any open PO with WCP works for WCP Apparel, and invoices come from WestCoast Products & Design LLC.
Printing & proofs
Do you screen print?
We print DTF (direct-to-film) in-house instead of screen printing. It covers the same jobs (with full color at no extra cost, no screen fees, and no minimums) and holds up wash after wash. If a project truly calls for another process, reach out and we'll point you the right way.
Do you have more blanks than what's on the site?
Yes. The site shows our curated, always-stocked lineup, but we can source most styles from our distributors. Email support@wcproducts.com with the brand/style you need and we'll quote it.
What is your printing process?
DTF: direct-to-film. Your art prints in CMYK with a white underbase onto transfer film, gets a powder adhesive, and is heat-pressed into the garment. The result is vivid, detailed, and flexible, with a soft hand. Each graphic prints up to 12″ × 16″ on the front or back. Your first print is in the base price, plus the first one on the back if you print both sides. Every graphic past that is its own press, so it adds a bit per shirt, and that add drops as your quantity goes up (see pricing), and the lab works it out as you place art.
Can we get a proof of our design?
Yes. Proofs are provided before we print. For larger runs we can also provide photos of a real printed piece for review before the full run goes out.
Returns & shipping
Can I return my order?
Custom-printed gear can't be restocked, so returns work differently: contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll reprint anything with a print-quality or adhesion issue. See the full return policy for the details.
What is the lead time?
Production turnaround is 2–3 business days, or 3–5 during heavier seasons, plus shipping time from Fresno, CA. Need a hard date? Tell us when you order and we'll confirm it works.
Where is my order made?
Everything is printed in-house at our central California shop and ships from Fresno, CA. We use no outsourced print farms, which is how we keep quality and turnaround tight.
Team stores
How can we open a team store?
Start with the team store inquiry form. U.S. and Canadian teams can apply. Before participation begins, an authorized adult representative and WCP agree on design permissions, products, pricing and parts credit. Required school or organization approvals must be in place. Browse the current team stores to see how they look.
How does team parts credit work?
Under a signed design-license agreement, participating teams receive a fixed amount of wcproducts.com store credit for each qualifying shirt sale. Credit follows the participating design in team stores and the main shop. Credit is in U.S. dollars for all teams, including Canadian teams, and issued quarterly after paid qualifying sales and adjustments are reconciled. The agreement sets the per-shirt amount and eligible products; returns and other adjustments may reduce credit. Credit is for robot parts, and provisional accrued amounts are separate from issued credit. WCP does not issue charitable donation receipts for apparel purchases. Read the team parts-credit overview for permissions, approvals and redemption details.
