The fine print, minus the fine print
Returns, shipping, trademarks and team parts credit: the details in one place. Questions? Call (559) 206-2920 or email support@wcproducts.com.
Returns, refunds & reprints
Please reach out within 15 days of receiving your order to start a return, refund, or reprint request. Call or email support with your order number and, when helpful, a photo of the issue. This is our standard support-request window, not a limit on warranties or remedies provided by law. Contact us about a defect discovered later, too.
We stand behind the print: anything with a print-quality or adhesion problem gets reprinted, no charge. What we can't cover is output that faithfully reproduced a low-resolution or flawed art file. That's why we flag artwork quality in the design lab and provide proofs before printing.
Discretionary returns or reprints are handled case by case and need approval before items are sent back. This does not limit your rights for defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Ask, and we'll give you a straight answer fast.
Shipping
Turnaround: our usual production time is 2–3 business days, or 3–5 during heavier seasons, once we have the information and approvals needed to make your order. Shipping time is additional. Any different schedule agreed for your order applies instead. Everything ships from Fresno, CA.
Team batches are produced together after the order window closes and the required artwork, payment or approved purchase order is ready. Follow that team order's schedule. Faster shipping does not shorten production or the order window.
Carriers: we ship FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Pick your service at checkout.
Delivery dates: Delivery commitments and any money-back guarantee depend on the selected service and the carrier's current terms. Contact us promptly about a delayed shipment so we can check eligibility with the carrier.
Team designs & parts credit
How participation works: U.S. and Canadian teams can apply to license selected designs to WCP. Before participation begins, WCP and an authorized adult representative agree in writing on the designs, products and per-shirt credit amount. Credit is denominated in U.S. dollars for all teams, including Canadian teams, and issued quarterly. Sending an inquiry does not create an agreement or activate credit.
Credit follows the design: Qualifying sales of participating shirts count whether purchased from a team store or the main WCP Apparel shop. Credit is a fixed amount per qualifying shirt, rather than a percentage of profit. The signed agreement identifies the eligible products and any additional sales channels.
Qualifying sales and adjustments: Credit is based on paid qualifying sales. Test orders and fully discounted line items do not qualify, and unpaid orders are excluded before issuance. Returns, cancellations, refunds and chargebacks may reduce credit as described in the agreement. Statements show provisional accrued credit and recorded adjustments. These amounts are reconciled against paid qualifying sales before quarterly issuance; they do not show credit already issued or available to spend.
Using the credit: WCP issues credit quarterly in U.S. dollars to the approved organization's account for robot parts at wcproducts.com. The agreement explains the issuance process, eligible purchases and treatment of shipping, taxes and duties, including for Canadian teams.
Permissions and approvals: The representative must be authorized to act for the organization and arrange permission for the artwork and any third-party marks or photos. Teams must obtain any required school, district, organization or fundraising approvals. Describing the arrangement as design licensing does not remove those requirements. Team stores do not imply endorsement by FIRST.
WCP does not issue charitable donation receipts for apparel purchases. This overview explains the program; participation is governed by the signed agreement and applicable law. Start a team store inquiry.
Trademarks
Your artwork: when you order custom prints, you confirm you own or are licensed to use the artwork. That's the checkbox at checkout, and it's on you. We don't review designs for trademark or copyright clearance, and we may decline to print work that's clearly infringing.
Rights holders: if you believe something printed or sold through this site infringes your trademark or copyright, email support@wcproducts.com with the details and we'll investigate promptly.
Ordering with a purchase order? That has its own page: quote, remit-to address, and payment options.
